Membership Director
Club Sportiva is looking for its next employee to join its growing management team in the Southern California region by combining individual sales contribution and management experience
Responsibilities:- Combining Inside/Outside Sales & Management experience to handle inbound leads and developing sales leads for Club Membership sales
- Answering, responding, and booking phone & email sales inquiries
- Documenting the customer interactions through CRM, forecasting pipelines, and reporting on successes as well as concerns/issues to management.
- Meeting and/or exceeding own and team sales goals and quota
- Working closely with staff to ensure timely vehicle deliveries with exceptional customer service and professionalism.
- Staffing the sales/marketing trade-show booth (4-6 per year)
- Traveling to multiple Clubhouse locations around CA (~10-20%)
Qualifications:- 3 years of proven sales management experience
- Must be knowledgeable and passionate about cars.
- Must be PC savvy, and have basic level knowledge of Excel, Google Docs, & CRM software
- Must be meticulous with details and information, incredibly organized, self-starting, trustworthy and highly professional.
- Must be ready to roll-up sleeves and contribute fast-paced, startup-like environment
Compensation:- Salary + Bonus + Benefits after 3 month introductory period.
